We are a fully licensed and insured pest control service, locally owned and operated with over 25 years of experience.

We are members of the National Pest Management Association, Virginia Pest Management Association, Central Virginia Pest Management Association and the Better Business Bureau of Central Virginia. These associations maintain industry standards, keep us up to date on the latest materials, and hold regular training seminars.

We bring references with us, and you can review them at your leisure as we inspect your home.

We do a complete inspection, including a termite and moisture evaluation of the entire crawlspace. Treatment recommendations are based upon your individual needs, not a standard package. Our inspections and written recommendations are absolutely free.

We send technicians to inspect your home, not high-pressure salespeople. After a careful evaluation, you will be given a written report of the findings and recommendations. You will not be asked to sign a contract until the service is to be performed. Of course, we will be more than glad to answer any questions by phone or in person, but will not make uninvited calls or visits.

Do you know what chemicals and materials will be used on your home? You have the right to know the names and formulations of these materials, and that they are being used in a safe and appropriate manner. Check our MATERIALS for a complete list of the materials in our inventory and their uses. No other materials will be used on your home without prior notification and your approval.

We will have one highly trained, courteous service technician assigned to your home. This technician will be familiar with the particular needs of your home. If there is a change, you will be notified in advance.
